Asha Pearl James is a Saint Lucian and Dominican attorney and citizenship by investment agent. She practices with Clarion Law and Zevio Inc in Saint Lucia. She also actively practices in Dominica with the law firm Stowe&Co.

Clarion Law is a boutique Saint Lucian law firm offering legal counsel related to matters of corporate governance, banking and finance, citizenship and residency, construction and development, real estate and property, as well as notarial services.

With more than a decade of legal experience, James specializes in business, law and corporate matters with a focus on finance, construction, corporate law, capital projects and immigration. Prior to founding Clarion Law, she served as executive manager of legal services for the National Bank of Dominica Ltd in Dominica and general counsel for the Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority in Saint Lucia.

James holds a bachelor’s degree and an LL.M. in corporate and commercial law from the University College London. She is a member of Bar Associations in Saint Lucia, Dominica, Trinidad and Tobago, and the United Kingdom.
