UK to launch fast-track Global Talent visa program

In light of Brexit, UK is launching a fast-track Global Talent visa program on Feb. 20 to attract top scientists, researchers and mathematicians to the country. The program, which is replacing the Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) route, will offer an unlimited number of visas to eligible applicants. The move is part of a 300-million pounds government investment to fund experimental and imaginative mathematical sciences research over the next five years.
