How and why did you get involved in the investment immigration industry?
We first began our operations in 2008, and we specialize in immigration law. We’ve always received a large number of requests for immigration to Germany from international clients around the world and have catered to hundreds of clients.
What is it like working in the RCBI industry?
Working in this industry has been very exciting. We have come across people from all over the world now and quite a few have become permanent clients. They come back regularly seeking assistance with business or the immigration of an acquaintance, a colleague back at home or a relative who wishes to start a new life with better prospects here in Europe. Life here in Europe can be challenging at first but eventually it gets better as you learn more about the city and start building a life. The standard of living is so high! Most of our clients seem to be happy with their decision of moving to Europe.
What are some current trends you are seeing in the RCBI industry globally?
The investment immigration industry has seen immense growth in recent years, becoming a $3 trillion industry. Various citizenship investment programs are of great interest to governments who want to bolster their local economies. In St. Kitts and Nevis, the RCBI industry was the driving force behind the country’s economic recovery.
What is important to explore is the reasons behind why investors from non-EU and emerging markets are looking at the RCBI industry’s solutions. As the world continues to have geopolitical instability, the growing wealthy segment of the population in these countries will seek a safeguard. A second passport offers mobility, visa-free access to over 100+ countries, access to stable and lucrative economies and markets as well as a more secure future for investor’s families.
Investing in a residence permit or a passport is quickly becoming ordinary and unremarkable, a matter that’s attracted the attention of a long list of small economies now realizing the untapped economic potential available to them through the opening of an investment migration program, but also that of the industry’s skeptics.
What are some current trends you are seeing with Germany’s program and its investors?
Germany is well known as a land of ideas and has a very supportive and liberal atmosphere for innovative international investors. Berlin, as an example, is famous for having a lot of startups and we receive so many queries almost on a daily basis with enthusiastic people trying to set up a business or expanding an existing one here in Germany. This increase will only lead to the growth and development of the German economy and globalization of the culture of the country.
Has there been any recent changes to Germany’s program or any new investment options or streams?
Yes, there has been a revision in immigration law since March 2020 for immigration of skilled workers and professionals with/without academic degrees from around the world.
What achievement in this market has been the most rewarding for you? Why?
Getting the German residence permit or a German passport for my clients. Looking at that smile and relief in the client's eyes after that wait and uncertainty is priceless.
Why do you think global mobility is important these days?
The importance of this economic phenomenon cannot be emphasized enough. One of the most significant contributors to a country’s GDP is foreign direct investment. Today, we as a global society, we benefit from globalization not only in economic terms, but in social, cultural, political, and environmental circumstances.
Additionally, it enables free movement of workers and speeds up the digitalization process and necessity of having more professionals around globe.
Why did you decide to join our Uglobal verified community and what has it done for your business?

What is your favorite quote and why?
Never give up. Especially in my profession, it is imperative that I stay positive and not lose hope to get a favorable outcome for my client and their cases.
What is the favorite book you have read recently? Why?
A Promised Land by Barack Obama. I like Obama’s thought process and really value his opinion on world diplomacy.
What are your top destinations in the world and why?
Hamburg and Berlin in Germany as they are quite big and very international. Paris, Rome, London in the rest of Europe – incredibly beautiful, historical and fantastic cities according to me and they are flushed with rich cultural heritage. New York and Miami are my favorite picks in the U.S. because I had a great time there.
