Arslan Tenha is a Turkish immigration attorney who runs his own practice, the Tenha Law Firm, in Istanbul.

According to Tenha, even though the pandemic made an impact on the RCBI industry, it was only for a limited time and now things are on the mend. He also talks about how Turkey has made changes to its RCBI program and his work with investors who want to move to Turkey.

“I want to provide people with service beyond their expectations and give them complete satisfaction,” he said.

How do you think the pandemic has impacted the global RCBI industry?

Since the beginning of the new millennium, migration has become a noticeable global phenomenon that is increasing due to many factors, including turbulent economies of some countries, international political situations, and investors’ aspirations for a better economic environment that offers a simple and stable legislation system.

The global pandemic certainly had an effect in reducing the volume of exports, which meant a reduction in the volume of production, and, thus, a slight decrease in the volume of investments. But the biggest impact was the banning of flights, which would allow the movement of those wishing to closely familiarize themselves with the environment of the countries they wish to invest in or immigrate to. Despite such circumstances, it did not significantly affect RCBI transactions, the impact has been only for a limited time.

What are some current trends you are seeing in Turkey’s program?

Turkey is a promising country and continues to offer many programs to encourage and stimulate investment in a positive manner since it opened its door to investors. Turkey has been keeping pace with global changes and it moves steadily in accordance with the data and results of these variables, and intelligently implements adjustments to its programs.
