Ioannis Valmas is a Greek immigration consultant. He is currently the managing partner of Valmas & Associates, based in Athens. The firm, founded in 2008, offers a variety of services, including: Real Estate Law, immigration by investment in real estate law and the Greek Golden Visa program, aviation law, Greek inheritance law, shipping law, business and commercial law & litigation.

Valmas is a Greek lawyer, trial attorney (barrister at law). He specializes in real estate law, immigration by investment as well as aviation, commercial, contract and EU law. He has also authored a chapter on aviation law for a Greek law digest and he is the exclusive editor for two upcoming publications on Greek real estate law.

Valmas helped implement the Creative Commons platform in Greece and introduced it to the law school at the University of Athens. Valmas is a member of the Athens Bar Association, the Hellenic Federation of Property Owners, International Technology Law Association and International Bar Association.

Valmas has law degrees from Aberystwyth University and the Democritus University of Thrace. He also attended the i-law program at Stanford Law School and has an LL.M. in international business law from Aberystwyth University. He is also working on a master’s degree in Shipping from the University of Plymouth.
