Malta

Joseph Portelli is a Malta individual investor program agent. He is currently a senior executive at RSM Malta, an independent member firm of RSM International, the world’s sixth largest network of audit, tax and consulting firms.

Malta provides accounting, finance, taxation, corporate law and information technology services.

Portelli has been with the company since April 2018. He specializes in investment migration and Malta’s citizenship-by-investment program. His duties include working on business opportunities for clients who are high net worth individuals.

Prior to joining RSM Malta, Portelli worked in real estate for more than a decade as a sales manager and auctioneer in Australia. His duties included contract management, business development, coaching and mentoring, marketing, promotions, banking and sales negotiations.

Portelli, a former fitness trainer, studied at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia, where he also attended high school. His volunteer experience includes being an ambassador for Alzheimer’s Disease International. For the organization, between 2008 and 2013, he travelled globally to provide support for those impacted by the disease, performed at events, supported public relations efforts, support research efforts and did business development.
