Konstantin Vassilev is a Bulgaria immigration lawyer. He is the founder and managing partner of Vassilev & Partners Law Firm, based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Vassilev & Partners’ practice areas include migration law, real estate law, banking and finance, intellectual property, administrative law and family law. The law firm also consults its clients in the fields of corporate law, financial law, real estate, construction law, litigation and dispute resolution.

Prior to founding the firm in 2015, Vassilev worked for one of the biggest Bulgarian commercial banks. He gathered important experience in a prominent Bulgarian law firm, assisting clients with corporate, financial and capital markets matters. He also served as a legal intern for Clifford Chance in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in 2012. In 2016, Vassilev was invited as a guest lawyer in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Düsseldorf, Germany, as part of the multilateral internship program for lawyers organized by the IRZ Foundation.

Vassilev has an LL.M. from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and an LL.M. in finance from the University of Frankfurt. He has also studied business communication at the University of Bayreuth.

Vassilev speaks Bulgarian, English, German, French and Russian.
