Alexandre Lescouflair is a Canadian immigration consultant and lawyer with Simard & Associates Limited. Working out of the firm’s Hong Kong office, he focuses on investor representation, long-term residency and immigration permits, and general guidelines on the submission of immigration applications and documents.

Simard & Associates is comprised of residency and citizenship consultants who specialize in business immigration to the Caribbean, Europe and North America. Combined, the group of immigration specialists has more than 25 years of experience in business and legal work, and focuses on helping clients across Asia move to North America.

Lescouflair has been specializing in immigration law and commercial affairs in Hong Kong since 2013. He channels the Asian business atmosphere and his personal varied experience to serve individual and corporate clients.

At Simard & Associates, Lescouflair is in charge of Québec Immigrant Investor Program (QIIP) cases, as well as administrative appeals, client representations and other diverse legal affairs. An avid conveyor of ideas and information, he is regularly invited to conduct seminars and participate in contemporary panel discussions.

Prior to focusing on business immigration, Lescouflair was involved in legal research at the University of Montreal in the areas of civil law, e-commerce and information technology, as well as digital business strategy for companies.

He has a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Montreal. He also earned a comparative and international law diploma from the University of San Diego in 2010 and has a master’s degree in e-commerce (business and law) from HEC Montreal. He is pursuing an MBA from the University of Manchester.
