Nicholas Mastroianni II is the president of Allied Capital and Development of South Florida, LLC, a real estate development company. Founded in 2004, the company develops residential and commercial real estate, including office space, townhomes, condominiums, and apartments.

Recognized by the Association of Builders and Contractors (ABC), Mastroianni is a past recipient of the Excellence in Construction Award. Also, Allied Capital and Development’s signature development, Harbourside Place, was named Project of the Year at the 2015 Vision Awards ceremony sponsored by the Urban Land Institute Southeast Florida/Caribbean.

Mastroianni is also the founder, chief executive officer (CEO), and chairman of U.S. Immigration Fund, LLC (USIF) and its affiliated companies, including multiple EB-5 approved regional centers in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, with California pending. USIF is involved in more than 20 projects totaling more than $3 billion in EB-5 capital for real estate development. USIF has raised capital for numerous high profile developers, including the Witkoff Group, Kushner Companies, Durst Organization, HFZ Capital Group, KABR Group, Fisher Brothers, and Forest City Ratner Companies.

Mastroianni is a member of the Association of General Contractors, the Association of Builders and Contractors, and the Police Athletic League. He is active in several charitable organizations, including the St. Jude Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Charities for Children with Cancer, which he founded.
