Nicos Ioannou is a Cyprus tax professional. He is the founder and director of the Law Trust, a firm based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Law Trust, established in 2011, provides services for private and corporate clients. For private clients, the firm provides wealth structuring, trusts, residency and citizenship planning. For corporate clients, Law Trust helps with company formation, management, accounting, payroll, outsourcing, banking and intellectual property.

Ioannou has more than 15 years of experience advising on corporate law, trust law, tax law, commercial matters and private wealth matters. For his firm, he has driven its development into Russia, the Balkans and Middle East.

Ioannou is also the managing director of GNI Audit Limited in Limassol, a firm of chartered accountants, that provides auditing, taxation, business services and business consulting services. He set up GNI in 2010.

Prior to founding the Law Trust, Ioannou, worked for nine years at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ioannou, a chartered accountant, has a degree in accounting and finance from the University of Warwick. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.

Ioannou speaks Greek and English.
