Paul Slip is a U.K. immigration advisor regulated by the OISC. He is the founder and managing director of Global 4 Immigration, a full-service immigration consultancy firm based in West Sussex and Hampshire, U.K.

The firm, which Slip founded in 2005, provides its SME and corporate clients with comprehensive support that covers sponsor licensing, business management, auditing, training and employment compliance, and work visa applications.

Involved in the immigration industry since 2002, Slip has accumulated extensive experience advising U.K. companies on their HR, recruitment and immigration compliance. His services include human resources audits, recruitment processes, sponsor license applications and training to maintain compliance when employing overseas nationals. He has designed roadmaps to help oversee nationals enter the U.K., remain in the UK, obtain settlement and proceed with naturalization. His services cover investors, entrepreneurs, employers, students and families.

Slip’s passion in compliance originates from his previous experience working for six corporate companies before starting his own businesses. He was responsible for multimillion-pound tendering and contract implementation while working in IT compliance that integrated high-end voice and data solutions.

Slip studied at the University of Cambridge and took a business management course provided by Harvard Business School. He also participated in studies provided by the Continuing Professional Development Certification Services in the U.K. He is MREC accredited.
