Abel Gomez is an immigration consultant. He’s the founder of Gomez Tomiczek International Group. Gomez Tomiczek is a Panama-based boutique law firm. It helps clients throughout the world who want to relocate to Panama. The firm offer counseling on legal aspects related to vessel registration, wealth protection, Panama company formation, incorporation of private interest foundations, as well as tax matters, tax incentives and exemptions. The firm was founded in 2011.

Gomez is engaged in different fields of law, and specializes in commercial law, maritime law, migration and investment law within the Panamanian region and abroad. He’s experienced in business consulting, start-ups and entrepreneurship, real estate transactions and investment, asset management, tax optimization, and local and international trade.

Before founding his latest firm, Gomez helped launch the Alles Wird Gut Foundation, which is dedicated to doing social work in the community. He previously worked as an assistant to a municipal judge in Chile, where his work involved transcribing minutes, drafting sentences for the judge, and more. Gomez, who has been practicing law since 2005, is also a representative for Panama’s investment immigration program. Throughout his career, he has participated as a regular media columnist, and performed investigations about jurisdictions that regulate fraud sceneries for banking, financial and investment products in Panama.

He is registered on the Attorney’s Register List of the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama.
