Aggelos Potamias is a Greek immigration consultant. He currently operates his own legal office, Aggelos Potamias & Associates, based in Athens.

Potamias has extensive experience handling complex criminal and civil litigation. Specializing in corporate law, he assists companies and organizations in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and bankruptcy issues. His scope of practice also includes tourism law, intellectual property, succession law, family law, employment law and property law. With a focus on immigration, he advises foreign workers on their applications for employment authorization, resident permits and naturalization, as well as foreign investors pursuing Greek Golden Visas.

Prior to establishing his own legal practice, Potamias worked as an attorney for multiple law firms in Athens, including the Law Office of Aikaterini Malliari & Associates, the Law Office of Eleni Doura and the Law Office of Pachis Dimitrios & Associates. He filed civil and criminal cases, represented clients before courts, conducted mediations and handled general corporate legal matters.

Potamias is certified to practice law in Greece and Cyprus. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Manchester Metropolitan University in the U.K. He is currently working on his master’s degree in public law at European University Cyprus.

Potamias speaks Greek, English, French and conversational Italian.
