Alejandro Hinostroza

Alejandro Hinostroza is an advisor with Sperry Van Ness (SVN) - Rich Investment Real Estate Partners, working with commercial and residential properties. Hinostroza, who has been a California licensed broker since 2008, specializes in multifamily property investments in the greater Los Angeles area.

Hinostroza has extensively networked with investors in Asia, Europe, and South America, helping to facilitate international purchases of U.S. real estate properties. He also works with local communities to develop strategies to attract private investors to work within those communities.

Hinostroza graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), concentrating in international management and real estate. He is proficient in English, Spanish, and Chinese (Mandarin).
