Socrates Parparinos is a Cypriot immigration consultant. He serves as a partner at S. Parparinos & Associates LLC, based in Cyprus. Parparinos advises domestic and international clients on the incorporation of Cyprus-based and offshore companies, provides fiduciary services, drafts legal documents and represents clients before courts. He also assists high net worth individuals in their application for Cypriot resident permits and citizenship. In addition, he serves as a non-executive director at Amana Capital (Cyprus) Ltd., a Cyprus-based investment firm. Prior to establishing his own law firm, Parparinos was contracted with the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Cyprus as a legal consultant for its asylum services. He conducted interviews with asylum seekers and was involved in the enactment of Cyprus’ Aliens and Immigration Law. Notably, Parparinos represented Cyprus before the European Commission in Brussels during a discussion on refugee law-related matters. Parparinos holds a master’s degree in international commercial law and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Sussex. Parparinos speaks Greek and English.
