Andre Roberge is an authorized representative at Primary Seller of the Citizenship-by-Investment Program's National Development Fund (NDF) and as independent contractor, is an international trade consultant and the president-founder of ACCIE S.A. INC., a Canadian corporation that specializes in international trade recognized by Canadian and foreign companies, as well as International Financial Institutions (IFI), the United Nations, NASA, NATO among other high-profile Organizations. Born in Quebec, Canada, he is a Canadian citizen and e-Resident of the Republic of Estonia, Roberge has extensive experience assisting private clients and foreign Governments in the international trade and finance industry, including - to mention a few of his skills - negotiating contracts in various regions (Asia, Europe, Middle East, USA, etc.), analyzing development in international markets, educating students, foreign governments officers and clients on international developments in international trade trends, providing legal informations and resources on an international scale, preparing financing and grant applications and collaborating with transportation and logistics companies. Two of Roberge's most signifiant accomplishments in his career include creation, the development and revision of international trade training programs (such as those for the Business Development Bank of Canada), the Forum for International Trade Training (www.fittfortrade.com) and to teach national and international law, contracts and professional liability on the Master Degree level to the future architects at the Laval University www.ulaval.ca Roberge earned both his Licentiate in Law and Notarial Law Diploma from the Laval University in 1973.
