Anna Cummings is a Cayman Islands immigration attorney. She is an associate attorney with Priestleys, a law firm based on Grand Cayman Island.

Cummings specializes in corporate and commercial law, investment funds, real estate, inward investment and private client practice. She has been with Priestleys since 2016.

From 2013 to 2016, she worked as an associate attorney for Ogier in the Cayman Islands, where she focused on investment funds and private client work. She also worked for Ogier from 2000 to 2007 and 1996 to 1998.

From 2007 to 2013, she was at Citco Fund Services. She helped re-organize the corporate department, assist with audit matters, prepared presentation on Cayman regulatory matters, and enhanced corporate service revenues.

From 1986 to 1995, Cummings was a paralegal in Canada, beginning at Russell & DuMoulin, which spun off to Hanna Heppell Bell & Visosky, a securities firm dealing with the Vancouver Stock Exchange and British Columbia Securities Commission matters. There, she drafted public offering and disclosure documents, shareholder meeting materials, attended statutory filings with securities authorities, and maintained corporate records for private and public companies.

Cummings completed a legal assistant (paralegal) and legal secretary program from Capilano University in 1989 and a Canadian securities course in 1987 and 1988. In 2011, she received her LL.B. from Cayman Islands Law School, an affiliate campus of the University of Liverpool. In 2015, Cummings received an international trust management diploma from STEP, or the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
