Barış Erkan Çelebi is a Turkish immigration lawyer. He currently manages his own legal practice in Antalya, Turkey.

Çelebi focuses his practice on corporate law, real estate law, international commercial law, litigation and arbitration. In the arena of immigration, he advises foreign investors on the application procedures of Turkish residency and citizenship. He also consults on investment strategies that help clients maintain investment capital and increase returns.

Prior to establishing his own practice, Çelebi served as an attorney at various law firms based in Istanbul, including Karaman Law Firm, Çaga & Çaga Law Firm and Han Law Office, where he provided legal advice on matters concerning corporate and commercial law, insurance and reinsurance law, transportation law and aviation law.

Çelebi holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Istanbul University. He is pursuing a master’s degree in law from Bahcesehir University.

Çelebi has been licensed to practice law by the Turkish Bar Association since 2016. He is also a notary public and sworn translator certified by the Turkish Ministry of Justice.
