Barış Hocaoğlu is a Turkey immigration consultant. He is the founding partner and a lawyer of SEBA Law Firm, an Istanbul-based law firm.

SEBA Law’s scope of services includes corporate law, startup and venture capital, immigration, real estate law, consumer law, employment, labor and international legal assistance. The legal team at the firm also helps clients with their needs for legal representation in litigation proceedings and execution proceedings.

With experience in immigration, commercial law, obligations law, executions and bankruptcy law, Hocaoğlu assists clients in their pursuit of work permits, residency and citizenship in countries across the world. He consults high net worth individuals on the establishment of companies overseas, outbound investment and the obtaining of licenses within the EU. Hocaoğlu is also an experienced legal translator.

Prior to founding SEBA Law, Hocaoğlu served as a junior consultant at Aksan Law Firm, where he concentrated on banking and finance law, as well as foreign debts collection.

Hocaoğlu holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Ozyegin University. Hocaoğlu speaks Turkish and English.
