Wen earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in psychology at Peking University (Beijing, China) and a master’s degree in business taxation at the University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business. He enrolled in the Ph.D. program in organizational studies at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management in Nashville, Tenn. Wen speaks English and Chinese.
