Ben Kranc (pronounced ‘Krantz’) is a Canadian corporate immigration lawyer. He is the principal of Kranc Associates, a law firm based in Toronto.

Kranc Associates specializes in various aspects of Canadian immigration law, with a strong focus on corporate and business matters.

Kranc has a diverse professional background in immigration law. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1986. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1988, and was certified as a specialist in immigration law by the Law Society of Ontario in 1997. He has also acted as a director of Emigra Group (now Newland Chase), one of the world’s largest corporate immigration service providers.

Kranc has actively engaged in the immigration field, sharing his insights and expertise through various mediums. He is the author of “North American Relocation Law,” published by Thomson Reuters, and has contributed to professional periodicals including The Law Times, Immigration and Citizenship Bulletin, and the International Human Resources Update. His contributions and achievements in the field of immigration law have been acknowledged by various organizations, including Who’s Who Legal, where he has been recognized as a foremost practitioner in corporate immigration law, and Martindale-Hubbell, where he has been awarded the ranking of ‘AV Preeminent®,’ the highest rating possible.

As a recognized authority in his field, he has lectured at the University of British Columbia’s immigration law program and has been a speaker for organizations including the Canadian Bar Association – Citizenship and Immigration Section, the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Employee Relocation Council, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Human Resources Professionals Association.
