(HG has a strong connection with Global 500 CEFC China Energy Company Limited). Mr. Archer Lin is good at coordinating the relationships of domestic and foreign companies by helping them to build mutual trust. He established Lizhi Capital with the former team of JP Morgan and became the Chief Investment Officer of Sinology Holdings (Global 500 CEFC's Subsidiary). In the investment industry, Mr. Archer Lin is dedicated in the areas of culture and military. He has successfully invested in Pre-IPO project Yinyi Media, which has an estimated post-investing value of 2 billion RMB. He has also participated in the investment banking businesses of Ciwen Media M&A, Jinhui Media, Maimeng Animation, HiPaint, Lingmeng Media, and many more. Mr. Archer Lin has a good relationship with the major stockholders of Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong-listed companies in the culture, entertainment, and military industries. He has contributed to the building of private relationships between CEFC BOD core members and many big listed companies' major stockholder (002517 KingNet,002174 YooZoo,HK00931 ChinaLNGGroup,HK01528 Maccaline,300058 BlueFocus), King&Wood’s President, among others. Mr. Archer Lin suggested and helped establish a Co-GP Fund between Haitong Innovation and HG Equity Investment. He played a key role in this fund and managed to become the member of Board of Investment with veto power. Mr. Lin also led the whole process of establishing Ganzhou Cultural Industry Investment Partnership Enterprise, which is the 1st fund of HG Investment Fund Management Co.
