Cindy Chin has almost 20 years of experience in real estate and wealth management, helping her clients buy and sell residential and commercial properties globally. Chin has worked for several Fortune 500 companies, including JP Morgan Chase, Fidelity Investments, Merrill Lynch, and Coldwell Banker.

Chin has been an investment advisor with Crown Capital Securities, LP/OakBridge Advisors for more than six years, working in the Greater Los Angeles area and Orange County, Ca. She advises clients with their long-term financial goals and prepares investment performance reports, financial document summaries, and income projections.

Chin has also been a real estate broker with Royal Global Group for more than six years. She consults with clients on market conditions, mortgages, and legal requirements, and she mediates dealings between sellers and buyers.

Chin’s professional certifications and designations include: Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and Chartered Commercial Real Estate Advisor (CCREA). She is a member of the Orange County Association of Realtors and the Orange County Chapter of Advisors in Philanthropy.

Chin earned a Master of Business (MBA) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institution in New York. She furthered her education in investment and financial planning and investment analysis and research at New York University and the University of Southern California. She speaks Chinese and English.
