Chris Loeffler

Chris Loeffler is co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Caliber Companies, a full-service real estate investment firm in Scottsdale, AZ. Loeffler oversees the growth of Caliber’s investment services, including serving as the fund manager for the company’s private investment funds.

A company specializing in wealth development, Caliber is a team of over 700 accredited investors and registered investment advisors who offer clients well-structured alternatives to traditional investments. Caliber builds wealth by forming and managing real estate private equity investments through individual assets or multi-asset funds.

Caliber manages more than $265 million in assets in commercial, hospitality, multi-family, residential and self-storage real estate throughout the greater Southwest region of the United States, including Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah. The company is comprised of five core departments: Brokerage, Construction and Development, Hospitality, Investment and Property Management.

Before becoming the CEO, Loeffler used the knowledge and skills he acquired as an auditor for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP to develop Caliber’s business systems. Loeffler began his career in retail banking before moving into accounting and then later to entrepreneurship.

Loeffler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration (accounting) at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. He studied Spanish through the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
