Criton Tornaritis is a Cyprus-based immigration consultant. He is manging partner at Tornaritis and Co. LLC, based in Cyprus.

Tornaritis and Co. is a leading Cyprus law firm that serves clients throughout the world. It works with numerous major international law firms on a regular basis. Its specialties include disputes, regulatory and compliance, and insolvency and restructuring matters in the financial services sector. It was founded in 1924. Tornaritis joined the firm in 1988. His clients are mainly concerned with banks, e-money institutions, financial services and information technology. He counsels parties on card-related matters and represents buyers and sellers in all aspects. He also helps licensors and licensees to the Central Bank of Cyprus.

Tornaritis has also counselled and represented companies with matters regarding the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

He is also is a legal advisor at the Cyprus Oil and Gas Association, which he helped found in 2013. Previously, he served as legal advisor at FASMA, which specializes in web-based and Internet business applications, custom web software and standard software solutions.

In 1997 he founded Creditinfo, a credit information company, in Cyprus and Romania.

Tornaritis graduated from the University of Athens in 1988.

He is fluent in Greek, English and Romanian.
