Andre’ Aarons is president and CEO of CVM Ventures, Inc., a New York City-based financial advisory firm. CVM provides a range of corporate finance, mergers/acquisitions and capital fundraising services. It has relationships with hedge fund managers, portfolio managers, private investment bankers and high net worth individuals.

Aarons, an entrepreneur with more than 15 years of industry experience, oversees CVM’s long-term strategy and expansion. He also directs daily operations, such as project evaluation, capital investments and business development, and oversees national and global expansion initiatives for new market entrance. Under Aarons’ leadership, CVM has added research, equity sales, private placement trading and commercial mortgage finance capabilities to the company, supplementing its longstanding capital markets and investment banking practices.

To better service clients throughout the United States, CVM Ventures has mortgage finance affiliates in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois and New York.

Aarons has raised more than $500 million for his clients and closed over $1 billion in debt, equity, bridge, permanent and mezzanine financing transactions. He continually develops and maintains connections to the Wall Street community.

Aarons has a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University.
