David Liu

David Liu is an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) tax advisor and a certified public accountant (CPA) with Eric Zhang & Associates LLP, an accounting firm with offices in California and major cities in China. He is a senior manager working in the firm’s office in Irvine, CA.

Liu focuses his practice on accounting, tax preparation and auditing, and consulting. He has experience in transnational tax filing and planning, and he handles tax audits and negotiations for individuals, corporations, and business clients.

Liu assists multinational companies and new immigrants in planning rational tax savings and avoidance strategies.
