David Sudeck is a partner at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) and a senior member of JMBM's Global Hospitality Group, Chinese Investment Group, EB-5 practice group, and real estate department. Sudeck and his colleagues at JMBM have helped clients as business and legal advisors on more than 3,800 properties around the world, involving $71 billion of hotel purchases, sales, financing and other transactions. Sudeck is a seasoned real estate attorney with extensive legal experience involving all types of residential and commercial properties. He represents clients in the processes of purchase and sale, development, construction, financing, leasing, sale-leaseback of properties and advises clients on their operations, including management and ADA compliance issues. Sudeck's practice primarily involves the complex issues associated with hotels, resorts, vacation ownership properties (including clubs, timeshares, fractionals and private residence clubs), restaurants, golf courses and spas. In that capacity, he has helped source and close more than $2 billion in EB-5 loans for developer-clients.
