David Zammit is a Maltese national, a financial structuring professional, a Malta individual investor programme agent and the managing director of Zeta, a financial consulting firm.Zeta focuses on company formation and management for clients worldwide, including corporations of all sizes, private families and individuals. Zammit specializes in advising and structuring corporations, fiduciary matters, financial matters and multi-family offices.Before managing Zeta Investments (Holding) Ltd. in 2011, Zammit lived and worked in Switzerland as a senior vice president for Capital Efficiency Group AG, a Swiss structured products and asset management firm, where he oversaw U.K., French and Italian markets. Before that, he worked for six years at Swiss Re in Italy, where he started as a junior analyst in the CEO’s office and rose to senior reinsurance underwriter.Zammit earned his MBA in corporate finance from SDA Bocconi School of Management, his master’s in international economics from the Johns Hopkins University SAIS Bologna Center, and his bachelor’s in international relations from the University of Malta.Zammit’s native languages are English and Maltese; he is also fluent in French and Italian, is proficient in Arabic and has basic knowledge of German.
