Dilruba Begüm Kartepe is a Turkish attorney. She manages her own legal practice, DB Law and Consultancy, based in Ankara, Turkey.

DB Law and Consultancy practices in the areas of immigration law, property law, construction law, family law, general corporate law, civil law and international disputes.

In addition to managing DB Law and Consultantcy, Kartepe also serves as a lawyer at Advocate Abroad, where she advises foreign professionals on the application of Turkish residency and work permits, and helps clients in cases on malpractice, international private law and tort law.

Kartepe has held the position of a lawyer at Gönen Law Office and Adan Law Office, where she concentrated on contract law, international disputes, arbitration, due diligence and litigation.

Kartepe holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Gazi University, a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Anadolu University, and a master’s degree in public law from Dokuz Eylül University.
