Dimitris Boukas is a Greek immigration consultant. He currently serves as an attorney at Boukas & Co., an Athens-based advisory providing legal and mediation services.

As a certified attorney and mediator, Boukas focuses his practice on civil and commercial cases. He is a licensed coordinator on out-of-court restructuring and a qualified consultant on compliance issues related to the EU General Data Protection Regulation. He also leads the first private center of alternative disputes resolution in Greece.

Prior to establishing his own practice, Boukas worked as the head of the press offices at the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights in Greece. He also served as an attorney at Bilalis & Partners Law Office in Athens. With a background in communications and journalism, Boukas held the position of communications advisor and speechwriter at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Greece. He also taught a legal science in journalism course at Ergastiri Epaggelmatikis Dimosiografias, an Athens-based community college.

Boukas received his law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and his master’s degree in public administration from Panteion University. He has received training in professional journalism and mediation. He writes for traditional and new media platforms and is a frequent guest to TV shows and radio programs.
