Donald Wen is a professional real estate investment advisor and the president of WenWin Solutions, a hotel investment consulting firm based in Los Angeles, California, one of the most active real estate markets in the United States. Wen and his team specialize in helping developers and overseas investors in all aspects of the hotel development process. Their knowledge and skill base cover asset acquisition, re-branding, new construction projects and mixed-use developments.

Throughout his career, Wen has successfully closed over 100 hotel deals across the United States—deals collectively worth over $2 billion. He has worked with premier hotel brands across the country, from W Hotels & Resorts (boutique, designer hotels) to Home2 Suites by Hilton (extended stay hotels).

Prior to WenWin Solutions, Wen worked with Hilton Worldwide and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, the latter a brand that spans top quality hotels including Westin, St. Regis and Sheraton. At these companies, he served as a member of their franchise development teams.

In terms of schooling, Wen obtained his master of business administration graduate degree with a focus on international business from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Such credentials prepare him to understand and execute deals not only in the United States but across the globe.
