Clayton Fenech is a Maltese immigration consultant.

He is a partner at Muscat Azzopardi & Associates (MA&A), a boutique law firm that has been serving an international clientele since 1971. MA&A’s scope of legal practice includes commercial law, corporate law, financial services, fintech, yachting and aviation, mergers and acquisitions, immigration, gaming and medicinal cannabis regulation.

Fenech advises a varied portfolio of international corporate clients on matters relating to corporate structuring and restructuring, taxation, intellectual property and commercial strategy. Specializing in superyacht law, Fenech assists his clients in the acquisition and management of their prized assets. He also guides foreign HNWIs through the application process of Malta’s residency and citizenship-by-investment programs and provides advice on real estate purchase and tax planning.

Fenech currently also serves as a director of the Credence Group, comprising a licensed corporate service provider and advisory firm offering a full range of corporate services, business advisory, tax and accounting solutions to multinational companies.

Fenech holds a master’s degree in financial services and a doctorate degree in law from the University of Malta. He is a member of several professional associations including the Malta Chamber of Advocates, the Malta Maritime Law Association and the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners in Malta.

Fenech speaks English, Italian and Maltese.
