Additionally, the company has five branches in China, located in Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao, Guangzhou, and Chengdu.

Zhang received a Master of Science degree in taxation from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.
