Pavlidou is an associate legal attorney and advocate at Cyprus-based S.P.F. Nominees, where she represents clients in cases involving immigration, intellectual and immovable property matters, corporate finance, dispute resolution, and arbitration. She has more than seven years of legal experience in international investor representation, long-term residence and immigration permits, and temporary residence permits.Pavlidou has extensive experience in advising clients in a variety of immigration and relocation matters with specialties in the citizenship by investment and permanent residency programs in Cyprus. She assists domestic and international clients in obtaining and enforcing intellectual property (IP) rights in Cyprus and abroad. She also handles cases vying for other visas and permits available for non-EU nationals, and frequently advises clients on other corporate, financial and legal matters.Pavlidou was named a Recommended Lawyer for Intellectual Property by the Legal500 EMEA 2016. Pavlidou has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2011.
