Evan Green is a senior partner at Green and Spiegel LLP, based in Toronto, Ontario. Green manages the law firm’s U.S. practice which handles U.S. immigration matters processed from the Toronto office and three offices in the U.S.

Green has practiced immigration law for more than 25 years and has experience in all areas of Canadian immigration. He is particularly skilled at managing cross-border issues of Canada and the U.S..

In addition to focusing on cross-border matters, Green’s expertise includes all aspects of Canadian business immigration law. He specializes in corporate employee transfers, federal skilled worker applications, investor applications, work permits, and the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP). Green is also adept at handling North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) work permits, work permit approvals for strategic, expert and key professional employees and high-level executives.

Green received a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree, cum laude, at the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at the University of Toronto. He speaks English.
