Frank Hong

Frank Hong, a native Mandarin speaker, is a partner at Dorsey & Whitney, LLP, a global law firm with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing. Hong’s practice focuses on China-related cross-border M&A, international tax planning for Chinese high net worth individuals and similar cases. With an undergraduate Psychology degree from China and a graduate degree from America along with legal qualifications in California, Florida and New Jersey, Hong leverages his cross-cultural life experience to ensure clients achieve their objectives in transnational deals through effective communications with stake holders and regulators.
