Gemma Nicolaescu is a Moldova citizenship-by-investment agent. She is currently the executive director of 360 Citizen Management Consultancies, based in Chisinau, Moldova.

At 360, Nicolaescu helps applicants of Moldova’s citizenship-by-investment program, such as drafting official letters and acting on behalf of applicants for all institutions involved in the CBI process. She also updates any of the company’s processes as needed, and monitors its public relations and corporate relations. Nicolaescu has been with the company since 2019.

Nicolaescu has more than 10 years of experience working in Moldova. She has worked as the executive director of a décor and event-planning bureau, where she planned budgets, trained employees, did recruitment, handled acquisitions and logistics, and monitored public relations, among other tasks.

Nicolaescu has also worked as a sales and marketing manger of two hotels in Moldova. She also was a protocol and public affairs manager for Ascom, a Moldovan oil and gas company.

She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in advertising and public relations, both from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova.

Nicolaescu speaks Romanian, Russian, French and English.
