Gerasimos Gasparinatos is a Greek immigration consultant. He is a senior partner at Gasparinatos & Associates Law Firm, one of the longest established law firms in Greece.

The Athens-based firm provides integrated legal services in a broad spectrum of legal, financial and tax industries, including corporate and commercial law, contract law, real estate law, mergers and acquisitions, inheritance and competition law. The firm also provides legal counsel to foreign immigration investors to obtain Greek Golden Visas and relocate to Greece.

Gasparinatos has nearly 25 years of legal experience and has been with the firm since 1994. As an expert in the field of corporate law, he uses his knowledge and experience to assist international clients in the expansion of their businesses in Greece and the best approach to handle their global tax issues. He also advises multinational clients on the incorporation and operation of their businesses.

Gasparinatos also serves as a professor at the ALBA Graduate Business School and teaches the corporate governance course, which covers the management requirements of a legal entity, the drafting of corporate documents, and the organization of corporate departments. Gasparinatos has authored multiple books and articles related to corporate and commercial law, including two monographs and numerous articles.

Gasparinatos is a member of the Athens Bar Association and sits on the board of directors for several corporations. He received his bachelor’s degree from the Democritus University of Thrace and his master’s degree in corporate law from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in Germany. He also holds a Ph.D. in corporate and commercial law from the University of Athens.

Gasparinatos speaks English, Greek, German and French, and is conversationally fluent in Italian.
