Henry Ferguson is a licensed immigration attorney. He is a managing partner at the Panama-based law firm Ferguson & Ferguson.

Ferguson & Ferguson was founded in 2012 as a sole legal practice. The law firm is currently led by Henry Ferguson and Ingrid Restrepo.

Ferguson has been engaging international clients for immigration, real estate and tax law related issues since 2011. Apart from immigration, Ferguson and his law firm specialize in real estate transactions, tax planning and offshore company formation.

Before embarking on his private law practice, Ferguson worked as a paralegal at Rubio Alvarez Solis and Abrego, and he has experience in working with real estate developers.

Ferguson graduated from the University of Panama with a master’s degree in corporate law.

Ferguson is in the Attorney’s Register List of the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama; his attorney license number is 15,120.
