Ian O. Davies is a tax advisor and supervising certified public accountant (CPA) with Triangle Accounting Group, Inc. (USA), based in Cary, N.C. Davies is also an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) registered tax preparer with expertise in federal, state, and medical tax laws and internal audits.

Triangle Accounting Group specializes in helping Chinese corporations that do business in the United States with financial problems relating to taxes, due diligence, and merger and acquisitions. The company also helps new immigrants with tax planning.

Davies is Triangle Accounting Group’s lead tax consultant and head of the company’s auditing department. He helps corporations conduct internal audits, including auditing their financial statements and expressing opinions on audit reports.

Davies is also a financial management analyst with Duke Clinical Research Institute in North Carolina. Before joining Triangle Accounting in 2013, Davies was a project accountant with Curamericas Global Inc., also in North Carolina. Previously, he was a departmental business manager at Duke University Health System.

In addition to being a CPA, Davies’ other accreditations include Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA), which is a qualification prescribed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Davies received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Strayer University in New Jersey. He earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in accounting at the University of Sierra Leone in West Africa.
