Inês Pereira de Melo is a Portuguese immigration consultant. She currently serves as an attorney at Carlos Pinto de Abreu e Associados, a Lisbon-based full-service law firm.

Carlos Pinto de Abreu e Associados provides a wide spectrum of legal services to its domestic and international clients. With a special focus on human rights, the firm represents clients in civil and criminal litigation, family disputes, juvenile cases and matters on the protection of elderly and disabled individuals. The firm also advises institutional clients on their concerns regarding corporate, banking and financial law, as well as taxation, employment and administrative issues.

At the firm, Pereira de Melo focuses her practice on taxation law. She advises clients on the optimization of their tax plans and the prevention of potential risks. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a lecturer at Fundação António Silva Leal, a nonprofit private institute based in Lisbon.

Pereira de Melo became a licensed attorney in 2017. She earned her law degree and her master’s degree in tax law from the University of Lisbon. She has attended many seminars and trainings on topics of family law, juvenile law, legal aid, human rights and administrative litigation.
