Jacky He

Jacky He is a real estate developer and the founder of DMG Investments LLC. DMG Investments LLC is affiliated to Do Think Group, a leading real estate development and investment firm in China with more than $2 billion in assets under management. DMG Investments focuses on real estate acquisitions, development, management, and financing.

Working in New York, He is the executive vice president and oversees the company’s U.S. operations. He has diverse experience in real estate development and investment in the U.S. market. His entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen has led the rapid expansion and growth of the company. He has helped the company establish itself in the market by focusing on creating economical living environments for international and domestic college students.

Since starting DMG Investments in 2014, He has implemented visionary investment solutions, targeted major and suburban U.S. markets, and helped the company invest in seven premier multi-family, condominium, and student housing projects with more than $300 million. One of the company’s major condominium developments is its One Park EB-5 Project in New Jersey. The 14-story, 204-unit luxury building overlooking the Hudson River is slated for completion in May.

He was a panelist at The Real Deal Shanghai 2017, the largest U.S. real estate showcase and investment forum held in Shanghai. He is fluent in English and Chinese.
