Jeffrey Jahns

Jeffrey Jahns works as a real estate attorney and partner with the Seyfarth Shaw LLP Real Estate Group. He collaborates with various groups in the firm, including the construction law, environmental, immigration and tax groups. His primary practice involves representing foreign investors in cases involving the development and operation of retail, hotel, international financing arrangements, joint ventures, office and industrial properties as well as public-private partnerships. His client base includes corporate clients involved in real estate transactions, real estate companies and REITs.

He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School, where he also has the honor of being the Richard King Mellon Fellow of Urban Studies. He is an officer of several non-governmental organizations (NGOs) active in real estate matters.
