Jérémie John Martin is an attorney in Montreal, Canada. He has been practicing law for nine years. Martin describes his practice with three words: availability, spiritedness, and persuasion.

When Martin opened his practice in February 2009, he primarily represented clients going through divorces and custody hearings. In addition to practicing family law, he now handles civil litigation, labor law disputes, consumer protection, business, real estate, and constitutional law.

Martin received his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Université Laval (Laval University). He is matriculating toward a Master of Laws (LLM) degree.

Martin is a member of the Bar of Quebec. He is the president of Le Groupe Juridique, a group of independent lawyers who aim to provide affordable legal services. Martin is fluent in French and English.

In 2006, Martin and his partner Yves Tanguay ranked first in the Quebec championships of inter-university debating. Martin was also awarded the Bursary for the Best Litigator.
