Josh Burdine is a certified real estate (CRE) broker associate and partner with Rockstar Realty in Fort Myers, Fla. Burdine is also a sales manager, business strategist, and business coach and trainer.

Working in residential and commercial real estate at Rockstar Realty, Burdine specializes in waterfront residential properties, new construction, multi-family dwellings, medical and office space, and mixed-use retail. Previously, he was a project manager for M.S. Rogers Certified General Contractors in Florida.

Burdine is certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Certified International Property Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. Burdine is a member of the Florida Realtors Board of Directors and Research Committee. He is also president-elect of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association and serves on the Public Policy and Finance committees. He’s also a member of the Real Estate Investment Society, and he’s a director of the National Association of Realtors. As a real estate property analyst and portfolio manager, Burdine helps investors find, analyze, purchase, lease, and manage investment property in Florida. He is also a state-licensed community association manager.

Burdine earned an associate’s degree in computer programming at Gwinnett Technical College in Georgia. He studied finance at Florida Gulf Coast University.
