Kai Ma is a Canadian immigration consultant with Kaima Law Group Inc., based in Montreal, Canada. He also co-manages the firm's Shanghai office.

Kaima Law Group focuses on serving local Chinese with commercial law, family law, labor law and other fields. It also helps establish, acquire, invest, finance and list energy, mineral and other natural resource enterprises.

Ma has over 20 years of experience in Canadian and Chinese law. Another primary focus of his practice is foreign direct investment and immigration law, helping clients invest in Canada as well as obtain legal residency and citizenship. He is often invited to comment and review draft versions of Canadian immigration laws to find improvements.

Ma founded and was a managing partner of the Rhyton Law Group, an international investment and immigration law firm that has offices in in Montreal, Toronto, Dubai, Tehran and Shanghai.

Ma holds a Bachelor of Science degree with high honors and is a graduate of McGill University and the University of Montreal. Ma is a member of the Quebec, Canadian and International bar associations. He is also a member of the Investment Migration Council.
