Kelvin Tanner is an attorney with extensive experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, and small-to-midsized business owners seeking to establish operations in the United Kingdom. He’s a solicitor and manager at Fragoman LLP’s London office, where he manages teams of solicitors specializing in individual and corporate immigration.At his private practice, Tanner’s client base is extensive, and includes high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs. Other clients include third-party tax, finance and legal advisers working to achieve citizenship-by-investment in the U.K. Tanner works primarily with those applying for the U.K.’s investor and entrepreneur visas. His clients belong to a number of sectors, such as engineering, media, pharmaceuticals, IT and financial services.Additionally, Tanner counsels corporate clients from across the world on immigration and compliance matters. He advises clients on how to relocate employees to the U.K., too. He has also helped clients obtain representatives for overseas business visas, and has helped them prepare U.K. visa sponsorship for employer applications.
