Kevin Daniels

Kevin Daniels has over 35 years of real estate experience, including leasing, development and property management and is the president of Daniels Real Estate, LLC. Daniels specializes in sustainable design and historic preservation in his community. Over the years, his development team has received three National Preservation Awards and numerous local and state awards for their work. Daniels is a trustee emeritus for the National Trust for Historic Preservation based in Washington, D.C. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Main Street Center and the National Trust Community Investment Corporation. He also serves on the Board of Regents for Gonzaga University and has been instrumental in the creation of the National Preservation Green Lab.
