Konstantinos Papanikolaou is a Greek immigration consultant. He is one of the founding partners of Papanikolaou – Christopoulos & Associates, an Athens-based law firm specializing in real estate law, investments, immigration law, finance law and banking law.

Papanikolaou focuses his practice on real estate-related legal issues and banking law. He provides advisory services to multiple organizational clients, including National Bank of Greece and Central Real Estate.

Papanikolaou also helps individual immigration investors from all over the world with their applications for Greek Golden Visas. His 20 years of legal expertise, as well as his extensive connections to real estate agencies, taxation companies and accounting firms, enable him to deliver comprehensive service to foreign investors who are interested in obtaining Greek permanent residency.

Papanikolaou has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2000. He currently sits on the board of the Hellenic Property Federation. He received his bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Naples and his master’s degree in law from the University of Athens.
